Well-Balanced Posture and GAPS Diet

    Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride published the GAPS books titled: Gut and Psychology Syndrome – and – Gut and Physiology Syndrome. She describes how GAPS Diet supports the integrity of cell walls for proper healing, and healthy being. As a GAPS Diet practitioner, I know that choosing and eating proper foods with dense nutrients is the key approach to achieving true Posture Balance, which is a reflection of our Body-Mind-Soul Unity. Without establishing and then reinforcing our GUT well, we cannot establish our Sense of Center. And it would NOT be possible to be (or remain) grounded !
     
    Therefore, why would our future generations eat Processed Foods ? How would they become well-balanced human beings without proper nutrition ?
